I keep going back to my favorite hotel because they have everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception and more. The staff even helped me find my way when I first stayed. Can't wait to return for New Year!

Unfortunately the wellness area and pool were not needed. Locked was pool (construction work) wellness area there was none.

It has excellent and beautiful location in restaurant impossible to use, in a really beautiful area. The standard queen room is recently refurbished and has a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

The units are newly decorated, great-sized with a bed almost falling apart. The staff are excellent, offer very good services. The ambiance is family!

It has good restaurant and perfect location quite close to the lake. The staff are caring, they keep the place perfectly clean.

The personal at the hotel were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The convenience of parking in front of the room was mind-blowing. The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping with delicious croissants, eggs, and a variety of meats. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to sleep deeply. The recently renovated hotel had a fantastic spa and pool, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. The staff were extremely helpful, making my stay unforgettable.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the hotel, the tranquil atmosphere, and the accessibility for senior people. The hotel's decoration was tasteful and sophisticated, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. , the staff was always ready to assist me with a smile, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for during my stay.

I would have loved to see more organized activities or tailored services specifically designed for senior guests. While the staff was friendly and attentive, it would have been even more enjoyable if there were additional offerings or special considerations for us seniors.
